Aim

“Rang De Veer” is Honourpoint Foundation’s flagship national student tribute initiative, now in its 8th edition.

Over the past seven years, it has engaged thousands of schools and students across India, with participation growing steadily each year.

The initiative reflects a deep connection among young minds with the stories of India’s fallen heroes.

Timeline

Entries Open: 26 July 2026

Submission Deadline: 15 August 2026

Results

Results will be announced within 6 weeks of the deadline (15 August 2026).

How To Participate

Submissions will be accepted only through the official Google Form, the link to which is provided below.

Steps:

  1. Create your painting based on the given theme.
  2. Take a clear photo or scan of your painting (ensure good lighting and clarity).
  3. Make sure the file is:
    • A3 size
    • Minimum 300 DPI resolution
    • In JPG or PNG format
  4. Open the submission link provided below.
  5. Sign in with your Google account (Gmail ID is required to upload files).
  6. Fill in all required details carefully (name, class, school, etc.).
  7. Upload your painting file in the form.
  8. Review your details and click Submit.

Tip: Keep your painting file ready before opening the form for a smooth submission process.

Student Awards

A total of 116 prizes will be awarded (58 in each category):

  • First Prize: ₹35,000 and a Certificate of Excellence
  • Second Prize: ₹25,000 and a Certificate of Excellence
  • Third Prize: ₹15,000 and a Certificate of Excellence
  • 50 Consolation Prizes: ₹5,000 each, along with a Certificate of Excellence
  • 5 Exclusive Prizes: For children in the Special Category

Additional Recognition

  • Each winner will receive a special gift comprising a set of books signed by the authors
  • Certificates of Recognition will be awarded to the top 100 participants

Special Incentive for NCC Cadets

As a mark of appreciation for the discipline, commitment, and spirit of service embodied by Junior Division/Junior Wing NCC cadets, an additional incentive is being introduced.

If any of the top three winners in each category (Junior & Senior) is an NCC cadet, they will receive an additional incentive of ₹5,000.

Revised Prize Amounts for NCC Cadets

  • 1st Prize: ₹40,000
  • 2nd Prize: ₹30,000
  • 3rd Prize: ₹20,000

This initiative seeks to recognize the contribution of NCC cadets and inspire more students to become part of this prestigious organization.

School Recognition Awards

To encourage wider participation, schools will be recognized at the national level based on their contribution and engagement.

  • Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation

National Felicitation Ceremony

The top three winners in each category (Junior & Senior), along with the top two schools in the Junior category and top two schools in the Senior category recognized at the national level for maximum participation, will be invited for a National Felicitation Ceremony.

  • A platform to formally honour excellence, participation, and institutional contribution

Judging

An eight-member judging panel will be constituted, comprising family members of fallen soldiers and experienced professionals. The details of the judging panel will be published here at a later date.
