School Coordinator Guidelines

School Coordinator Guidelines: Rang De Veer-2026

Purpose of the School Coordinator

Schools are encouraged to nominate a Teacher Coordinator to facilitate student participation in Rang De Veer-2026. The Coordinator plays a vital role in:

✅ Guiding students on the theme and participation process

✅ Assisting younger students with submissions

✅ Ensuring accurate and timely entry uploads

This role is especially important for students in the Junior Category (Classes I–VI).

Recommended Participation Models

Option 1: Rang De Veer Day (Recommended)

Schools may designate a special “Rang De Veer Day” during which:

  • Students create their paintings in school.
  • Teachers provide guidance on the contest theme.
  • Schools may conduct internal shortlisting, if desired.
  • Coordinators assist with submissions.

Benefits:

  • Higher participation
  • Better quality entries
  • Streamlined submission process

Option 2: Classroom-Based Participation

Schools may also:

  • Conduct the activity during Art periods.
  • Encourage voluntary participation.
  • Collect entries over multiple days.
  • Assist students with submissions as required.

Artwork Requirements

Please ensure that entries meet the following specifications:

  • Paper Size: A3
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
  • File Format: JPG or PNG

✅ Submission Guidelines

Individual Submission (Preferred)

Each student’s artwork should be submitted separately through the “Submit Entry” Form.

This ensures:

  • Accurate participant records
  • Fair evaluation
  • Efficient tracking and verification

Assisted Submission

For younger students, Coordinators may:

  • Photograph or scan artwork.
  • Complete the online form on behalf of students.
  • Upload entries on their behalf.

However, each artwork must still be submitted separately.

⚠️ Important Note on Bulk Uploads

Email submissions and bulk uploads are not recommended.

Given the expected nationwide participation, individual “Submit Entry” Form submissions help ensure:

  • Transparency
  • Efficient evaluation and record management
