School Coordinator Guidelines

Rang De Veer – 2026

‍ Role of the School Coordinator

Schools are encouraged to nominate a Teacher Coordinator to facilitate and oversee student participation in Rang De Veer – 2026.

The School Coordinator plays a vital role in:

✅ Guiding students on the contest theme and participation process.

✅ Encouraging maximum student participation across eligible classes.

✅ Assisting younger students (Classes I–VI) with digitization and online submission of their artwork.

✅ Ensuring that all entries are accurate, complete, and submitted within the stipulated timeline.

Recommended Participation Models

⭐ Option 1: Rang De Veer Day (Recommended)

Schools may designate a special “Rang De Veer Day” during the contest period.

Suggested activities include:

- Students create their paintings in school.
- ‍ Teachers explain the contest theme and guide students.
- Schools may conduct an internal selection process, if desired.
- The School Coordinator assists students with online submissions.

⭐ Option 2: Classroom-Based Participation

Schools may also choose to:

- Conduct the activity during Art periods.
- Encourage voluntary student participation.
- Collect artwork over multiple days.
- Assist students with online submissions whenever required.

Artwork Specifications

Please ensure that every entry complies with the following requirements:

- Paper Size: A3
- Image Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- Accepted Formats: JPG or PNG

Artwork Digitization Guidelines

Before uploading the artwork, please ensure:

- Adequate lighting.
- The complete artwork is visible.
- No shadows or reflections.
- The image is clear, properly aligned, and of good quality.

Submission Process

All entries must be submitted through the official “Submit Entry” Form.

Step 1

Create the painting based on the contest theme.

Step 2

Photograph or scan the artwork clearly.

Step 3

Keep the following ready:

- Painting (JPG/PNG)
- Student details
- School details
- School ID Card or Aadhaar Card

Step 4

Open the official “Submit Entry” Form.

Step 5

✅ Submission Guidelines

Individual Submission (Preferred)

Each student’s artwork should be submitted individually through the official “Submit Entry” Form.

This helps ensure:

✔ Accurate participant records

✔ Fair evaluation

✔ Efficient tracking and verification

Assisted Submission

For younger students, School Coordinators may assist by:

- Photographing or scanning the artwork.
- Completing the online form on behalf of the student.
- Uploading the artwork for submission.

Please note: Every artwork must still be submitted separately.

Email submissions and bulk uploads are not recommended.

Given the expected nationwide participation, individual submissions through the “Submit Entry” Form help ensure:

✔ Fairness

✔ Transparency

✔ Efficient evaluation

✔ Accurate record management

School Recognition

Schools demonstrating outstanding participation will also be considered for special recognition.

National School Participation Awards

Awards will be presented separately for:

Junior Category Schools (Primary Level)
Senior Category Schools (Secondary & Higher Secondary Level)

For each category, the following awards will be presented:

Top School – Maximum Student Participation
Runner-Up School – Maximum Student Participation

(A total of four National-Level School Awards will be presented.)

National Recognition

Apart from the above awards, the Top 5 Participating Schools in each category will receive special national recognition, including:

Rang De Veer Scroll of Honour
Feature on the Honourpoint Foundation website and social media platforms
Certificate of Appreciation

Before submitting an entry, please ensure:

☑ Artwork is complete and clearly visible.

☑ Student details are accurate.

☑ Appropriate ID proof is uploaded.

☑ Correct category has been selected.

☑ Each artwork has been submitted separately.
