School Coordinator Guidelines – Rang De Veer 2026

 

To facilitate smooth participation, schools are encouraged to nominate a Teacher Coordinator to guide students and streamline submissions. This is especially useful for the Junior Category (Class I–VI), where younger students may require assistance in digitizing and uploading their entries.

Role of the School Coordinator

The School Coordinator will:

  • Inform and encourage students to participate
  • Explain the theme and guidelines
  • Assist in organizing and collecting entries
  • Support students in uploading their entries correctly

️ Suggested School-Level Approach

✅ Option 1 (Recommended): “Rang De Veer Day”

Schools may designate a specific day as “Rang De Veer Day”, where:

  • Students create their paintings in school
  • Teachers guide them on the theme
  • Entries are reviewed and shortlisted (optional)

This ensures:

  • Better quality
  • Higher participation
  • Uniform submission process

✅ Option 2: Classroom-Based Participation

  • Conduct activity during art periods
  • Encourage voluntary participation
  • Collect entries over a few days

Submission Process (Important Clarification)

Individual Submission (Primary Method – Recommended)

  • Each student entry should be uploaded individually via the Google Form
  • This ensures:
    • Accurate data capture
    • Fair evaluation
    • Easy tracking

School Coordinators can assist students during submission

Assisted Submission (For Junior Classes)

For younger students:

  • Coordinator/teacher may:
    • Take photographs of paintings
    • Help upload entries on behalf of students

However, each entry must still be submitted separately

⚠️ Bulk Submission (Not Recommended)

  • Email submissions / bulk uploads are not preferred
  • Due to large volume (expected 2 lakh+ entries),
    Google Form ensures better data management and fairness

Guidelines for Digitizing Artwork

  • Use good lighting
  • Ensure full painting is visible
  • Avoid shadows/reflections
  • Maintain clarity (minimum 300 PPI if scanned)

Information Required During Submission

Ensure students have:

  • Name
  • Class
  • School name
  • Contact details
  • ID proof (School ID / Aadhaar – upload/photo)

Participation from your school will also contribute to:

  • National-level School Awards (Maximum Participation)
  • Top 20 Schools Recognition
