2021 at 2:32 amHavaldar Achhar Singh was my grandfather. My late father Hony. Capt Jagpal Singh also joined 1st Sikh regiment (now 4 Mech. Infantry) who served Indian Army for 32 years and retired in 1997.
As per my father, we could never find his whereabouts after this war. Any information on him will be highly appreciated.
