Lance Naik Braja Mohan Singha hailed from Katakhal village in the Cachar district of Assam. He joined the army after completing his school education and was inducted into the 3rd Battalion of the Assam Regiment. 

Indo - Pak War : Dec 1971

During Dec 1971, Lance Naik Braja Mohan Singha was serving with 3 Assam Battalion that was deployed in Punjab in the western front.  In one of the operations during the war, he was martyred on 05 Dec 1971. 

Naib Subedar Radha Mohan Singha is survived by his father Shri  Haro Singha.
