I am a grandson of late Shri Kashinath Sawant. I have been hearing lot of stories from my grandma of him and am very proud of him. Even my dad served Indian Airforce and is now retired. It given me immense proud feeling to be part of such family.
My Grandfather was claimed as missing after the war.

I have googled about 1962 war but nothing could get me close to finding about my grandfather.

On 27th Nov 2011, a tv serial on Star Mazha telecasted a walkthrough on 1962 war. Their they also showed my grandfather name ” Shri Kashinath Sawant” embossed on some war site. I had sent many letter/emails and also calls to them inquiring for the location, so that i can take my grandma and pay tribute their. But they are not responding.

Can you please help me getting the details of that place.
